Our legal system by our constitution has limitations. We have three parts of our government, Executive, Legislative and Judicial with the first two being elected and the Judicial being appointed after review and voted on by the Legislative. There is a limit to Judges, they do not have the power to negate the Executive.

Islamists in Nigeria attacked a local church with the Government claiming it was a robbery. Five people have been killed with many more kidnapped by the attackers. Government set military and police to the town but locked it down because locals were protesting the Government's response.
