What Muslims use was created in the mid 1800's by a German Scholar.
It was a German scholar, in 1858 to 1860 AD, who assembled the information on Mohammad from manuscripts kept in Oxford, Cambridge and Paris, Fez with others from the 11 century to 1500's. Had it printed later translated into French then English.
