Those in Cuba are living in an era of 1890's and will degrade into a dire situation. Things like sugar, rum and electricity are in short supply or can not be produced. While they might have to take back recent migrants.

This has been going on in Nigeria since the mid 60's with the rebellion of the Biafrians.
Islamists in Nigeria attacked a local church with the Government claiming it was a robbery. Five people have been killed with many more kidnapped by the attackers. Government set military and police to the town but locked it down because locals were protesting the Government's response.
