The devil is in the details - the written reality.
In some ways this should have been talked about back in August. The wording of the Florida referendum makes it sound that it will cover 'health' of the mother but note, there is No limiting factor as Mental health is skipped over. ON PERPOSE!!!

Islamists in Nigeria attacked a local church with the Government claiming it was a robbery. Five people have been killed with many more kidnapped by the attackers. Government set military and police to the town but locked it down because locals were protesting the Government's response.
