It is not a missed story, you can know what it is.
The Storm is moving with parts that go back to 1946 and have effects that are perplexing as example the Yen when down when Japan sold US Treasury Bonds but internationally the Dollar gained strength. It is a dialectic conundrum rapped in an enigma but if you study its components you will see.
