Acapulco Mexico has been hit by a Weather Weapon. No constant coverage by Media, in fact a Media Black Out. Government from local to state to Federal ARE Blocking Relief efforts, from road blocks and the Military Base Emptied. Gun shots and screams have been heard in some neighborhoods.
