You are a chosen one, you're still here.
Normies and You in this Galaxic shift comes down to how are You dealing with the Shift? The Universe will make a choice based on what each, You or a Normie, are changing to meet the shift. The Universe has no heart regarding this. It is practical and only interested in using those who have adjusted to the shift as those who have adjusted are available to express the adjustment to the Universe. Kind of like the Great Migration of Wildebeests / Gnus at a river crossing loaded with crocks (not the shoes). With an added bonus, You get to serve the Normies. Pulling one at a time out of that crock infested river crossing. But then what you are to do is on your shoulders, be aware.
