There is a location in Afghanistan that is not playing nice with the Taliban. This is the Northern Alliance organization that is resisting the control of the Taliban. This is the same group that the Allies used when they first entered Afghanistan 20 years ago. The Taliban is not the majority in the country nor are they widely supported by the locals.
