It is an operational INDUSTRY - NOW
They have been working on Bio-weapons since 1975 onward. It has been presented and NEVER refuted that AIDs and Ebola are manufactured. Scientists have announced that an Ethnically Targeting Bio-weapon is possible - means they have it and are stockpiling them.
Both Bio-weapons and Nukes must be banned. Then both development and production must be included in the Nuremberg Codes as crimes against Humanity.
